ABOUT ME

Whether you are seeking help for only one commission, or a more long-lasting partnership, I am here for you! Below is a small introduction of myself.

I'm from Oulu (Finland). I love Oulu's rich snowy winters and white Christmases, because I find snow to be the most magical thing on the planet. Still, I have spent most of my adult life living in different cities in southern Finland. I have always been eager to move around and see new places, which has now led me to move to Lisbon, Portugal. I'm especially intrigued by Lisbon's history, and of course the language, which I hope to soon add into my language repertoire. 

I have graduated from the university of Turku, Finland. I have a master's degree in multilingual translation studies. My major was English language and my minor was environmental science. Additionally, my studies included French, Spanish, and Portuguese language studies. 

Languages have always been a passion of mine and foreign cultures have always intrigued me. I have traveled a lot and explored different cultures, and I consider myself a citizen of the world. My dream would be to travel around Europe visiting old castles and historical buildings.

I'm a solution-oriented optimist and a very compassionate person. I always treat others as I would like myself to be treated. I love watching documentaries and following news from around the globe, because I have quite a thirst for knowledge. I'm especially intrigued by science, history, and environmental topics. I'm an environmentalist and a huge animal lover, which is why I always keep ecological and ethical aspects in mind in everything I do. 

I take pride in my work, which translates into the results!
